Enclosed by a 9-foot wall, this serene retreat is designed for privacy and relaxation. Just a 3-minute walk away, the quiet tail end of Grace Bay Beach awaits, complete with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkelling gear, towels, and other essentials for a perfect beach day.
This Turks Villa accommodates 8 guests in four spacious suites, each featuring walk-in showers, air conditioning, and walk-in closets. One suite includes a jacuzzi tub, while the fourth bedroom, located above the garage as an in-law suite, offers the ultimate privacy for its occupants. The main villa also includes two powder rooms, two large living rooms—one with a 110" TV—and a large balcony & terrace. Outdoors, enjoy a private pool with twin jacuzzis and a BBQ grill, perfect for entertaining and unwinding.
Located in an upscale neighbourhood, Villa Siena is equipped with remote-operated gated entry, ample parking for four vehicles, and 24/7 surveillance monitoring for your peace of mind.
